Sunday I decided I still wasn't ready to take Sawyer to church. We went and spent the day at Brandon's mom's house and had very relaxing day. Colston got to play with cousin Miles and Teresa made us a yummy dinner.
'We can both fit Miles... watch.'
Cute baby Miles
They love each other!
This was my first week at home without Brandon. I admit I was nervous, scared, and excited. BUT here we are and it's Thursday. So far the kids are still breathing. We've managed to eat, bath, and get naps (the kids) and even ventured out in the real world. Brandon is NOT loving being back at work but because he's awesome and loves us so, he is back at it so we can afford to live. We sure do love him.
Even though it was COLD outside, I took advantage of the sunshine and the fact that our son LOVES to be outside and sent him out to play. He was out there forever but was super content pushing his little trucks around. I just wish the sun hit our backyard a little more. He kept coming to the door yelling 'MOM!', and I would wave and he'd smile and run away. It was very sweet.
All the while sister was being quite the 'baby' inside. But not too bad... she was just hungry. Guess I should feed her once in awhile Ü
I had to put these pictures up because our boy is changing so much everyday and I don't want to forget these moments. I laughed out loud when I saw that his little Giraffe was the new driver of his truck. It touched my heart and made me happy that Colston has such an imagination already. He's awesome.
Also needed to document moments like these. When he wants to hold sister and love her. I know these moments will change as they get older because I have older brothers. Things will get rough so I want them to remember how much they love each other. Because after the rough patches... great relationships come back!
